TeeChart font sizes with Intraweb

I use TeeChart Pro (currently version 2025.44) with Delphi 12.3 in Intraweb 16 and have problems with e sizing of fonts on axes and the legend. These fonts are all defined as quite small (size 8) but get resized to much larger and bold, I have tried setting Autoscale to false but this has no effect. My Delphi is set for high DPI per monitor v2 but I need that for other normal pages so cannot set this off.

Am I missing a setting that keeps causing the font size to be exaggerated or is there some way to stop this resizing of fonts?
